This is a very compact yet charming cottage situated in the tiny village of Limeuil. Being set high up amongst other old stone village houses the property's garden and rear aspect has a view towards the woods behind Limeuil. The garden is stocked with pretty shrubs and plants with a terrace running part way along the back of the house. The front door is off a very narrow lane where there is rarely any passing traffic. On entering the property there is a small yet well equipped kitchen which has an opening through to a dining room. A grandfather clock marks time in the corner, reminding one of times gone by. A door leads through to the cute sitting room. The windows in the dining and sitting rooms have views down to the garden and woods below. The separate WC is in the entrance hallway on this level. From the sitting room stairs lead up to a pretty twin bedded room with exposed stonework and beams. Stairs also lead down to the lower level where there is a small double bedroom overlooking the garden and a new compact shower room with good sized shower and vanity unit. An arched doorway leads out to the back terrace and garden. All in all a pretty village cottage which has been carefully restored to provide every modern comfort, including full central heating in the winter months.
