Property Description
This lovely property is located in the foothills of the Pyrennees in "The Vallespir", a valley of outstanding natural beauty, 50 kilometers from the Mediterranean. The village of Montferrer is a ten minute walk from the house where there is a cafe, take-out pizzeria, tennis courts, a museum and a Roman church. The house itself has an impressive situation, with spectacular views towards the Pyrenees. The property is private and secluded but not isolated. The English owners live in their own Catalan farmhouse just below the rental property. The town of Arles-sur-Tech, is 6 kilometers away where shopping is available. The Mediterranean and the Spanish border are about 50 kilometers away.

Living\Dining area: Tastefully & comfortably furnished to a high standard with sofa and chairs, includes video cassette, CD, TV with satellite channels such as Sky News, CNN, and Eurosport.
Kitchen: Very well equipped, dishwasher, opens to terrace.
3 Bedrooms: 1. Double bed, ensuite bath.

Two terraces with GAS BBQ, provides for wonderful outdoor dining and gorgeous views. Plenty of outdoor furniture.
Swimming pool: Very large at 16 by 6 metres, offers fantastic views from the pool terrace.
Maid Service twice a week included in pricing. This is a non smoking house, but guests may smoke outdoors. Sorry, only children over the age of 12 years and babies under one year. The accommodation is limited to a maximum of six people (plus baby in a cot).
