Property Description
This property is comprised of two residences, one where the owner usually lives and the other a very comfortable and beautifully appointed wing of the main house which is available for rentals. The site is incredible with spectacular views towards the Pyrénées. The location is approximately 30 kilometers south-east of Carcassonne, with the nearest town, Montlaur, where shopping is available, being just three kilometers away. The Mediterranean coast and the beaches of Narbonne are about 45 minutes away by car. The setting is very much in the country, quiet, peaceful and private, with six hectares of land. The swimming pool, which is shared with the American/Canadian owners when is residence, is particularly attractive, as from the pool terrace the vista down the valley towards the Pyrénées is magnificent.
