Podere Beatrice is a splendid villa 1 km from the Tuscan coast and near the border with the region of Lazio. It is part of a large agricultural business (of 500 hectares) which runs a long way up the coast.
The villa has a magnificent and extensive garden (xx hectares) adorned with Cyprus trees, Oleanders, roses and various types of flower alternated throughout the season. Outside the villa there is a furnished patio and 2 arbours, one of which is situated in front of the swimming pool. All the rooms inside the house are sizeable, particularly the huge living room complete with large fire and several patio doors. Every room on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and to the swimming pool which is positioned at the back of the house. The pool is also accessible through the pool house, which is composed of a living/games room, bar with fridge, bathroom and showers.
The service managers (a couple) live in a small apartment in a complete separate area to that of the villa, therefore ensuring total privacy for guests.
On the first floor, reached by stairs or by lift, there is a lavish suite and other bedrooms, all of which are stylishly decorated with elegant upholstery and furniture.
The sea is reached by walking along a beautiful Cyprus-lined avenue and crossing a field. From here it is possible to stroll along to a small, quiet, sandy beach nearby. Alternatively you can go by car to one of the well-known beaches such as the local Capalbio beach, which is famous for being a destination for the jetset rather than one for the tourist masses. The mountain of Argentario is just a 40 minutes drive away.
