Approximately half an hour away by car are the famous beaches of Argentario as well as the famous Capalbio, where there are sandy beaches equipped with umbrellas and sun-loungers, as well as a variety of seaside restaurants.
Renovated internally and built on the ruins of an old farmhouse, Alfamagia is a 340 msq house furnished to live in all year round. The house is easily accessible from a rarely used gravel track, on which one side is the owner’s land. All the windows have panoramic views. On the ground floor the French windows of the large living area face onto one side of the pool which is furnished with garden settees and a table, making it ideal for eating out under the stars.
