Property Description
This charming, small house, was recently completely restored and equipped with all modern facilities, including air conditioning in the bedrooms, hi-fi system, fax machine and satellite TV. It is located in a very quiet position 3 kms away from the village of Montopoli, in a particularly beautiful and, as yet, undiscovered area. The house is surrounded by a very large and well maintained flat garden, where an unusually big pool for such a small house has been installed. The garden is fenced all around, making it very safe for children, and there is also a children’s play area. To one side of the house is a covered terrace, furnished for outdoor dining. The property is an ideal holiday base for a small family, wanting a holiday in complete peace and privacy. A PC card is at clients’ disposal to connect their laptops. La Capinera is also a good base to explore Tuscany, being conveniently located only 10 kms from a highway connecting Pisa and Florence. Both can be reached in approximately half an hour’s drive and San Gimignano is 40 kms away. Resident cats at the property.
