Property Description
This delightful country villa is set in an isolated hillside position just a few kilometres from Castellina in Chianti, in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, enjoying glorious views of the surrounding countryside. It is a large and beautifully restored farmhouse surrounded by lawns and very well landscaped gardens. A particular feature of this property is the unusually long swimming pool (21 x 6 mt) built around an olive tree. The ground floor is elegantly furnished with impressive antiques, while the furnishings on the upper floors have a more country house feel. Guests will enjoy also the traditional style kitchen; for anyone fond of cooking, it provides inspiration for creating the spirit of Tuscan cuisine. In a separate building, close to the pool, a billiard and two bridge tables are at clients' disposal. During low season it is also possible to rent only the main house, accommodating up to 9 guests.
