Perched on the side of a hill, this single storey Spanish villa has stunning views across the valley and down to the coast. With its stylishly tiled, private pool, it is an ideal property for winter or summer, and the busy little village of Còmpeta is only 10 minutes' car ride away. Entered through metal gates, the front of the property is laid to lawn. The pool area has a built-in barbecue and sink and there is an outside shower for cooling off between swims. The covered terrace offers shade during the heat of the day. Access to the property is via a steep concreted road with a tight bend and drops to one side. It is advisable to arrive at the property during daylight hours.
Due to the steep drops in the grounds surrounding the house, it is not recommended for families with small children.
